    This looks like it is at a Nudist Pageant (Contest) at a naturist Camp. Sometimes The judges and Non-Nudist Visitors to the Pageant have their clothes on.

    She is Perfectly Happy, and looks beautiful. why can't all children be Unashamed of what is Natural. I'm 15 (girl) and I've grown up as a Naturist all my life. When I have kids, I'll encourage it with them (as long as they want to). Little Boys look like Adolphuses, and Little Girls look like Goddesses.
